Locktender IT collects only the information needed to respond to service requests, communicate with customers, and understand whether this website is doing its job.

Information you submit

The contact form asks for your name, phone number, and a description of what’s going on. Do not send passwords, account recovery codes, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through the form.

How the contact form is processed

The form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form service operated by Devro LABS. FormSubmit forwards the information you submit to contact@locktenderit.com. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained for 30 days.

How Locktender IT uses and keeps requests

We use your request only to contact you about the service you asked about, troubleshoot the issue, confirm pricing, arrange a time, and maintain ordinary business records. Contact requests may remain in the business email account for up to 24 months after the last communication, unless they need to be kept longer for an active customer relationship, a legal obligation, or a dispute.

Calls and text messages

Submitting the form gives Locktender IT permission to call or text the phone number you provided about that request. It does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Website analytics

This site uses GoatCounter for lightweight website analytics, including page visits and the site’s key conversion events: call clicks, text-message clicks, and completed contact-form submissions. GoatCounter is designed without cookies or persistent user identifiers and stores analytics primarily as aggregate statistics.

Sharing

Locktender IT does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and business communications, or when required by law.

Requesting deletion

You may ask Locktender IT to delete a contact request or other personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@locktenderit.com. We will delete information that is not required to be retained for an active service relationship, legal obligation, or dispute.
